Profos Consulting offers its customers straightforward and tailored solutions for competence development, management coaching and recruiting. Our special expertise lies in different competence evaluations of managers in organizations and key personnel, as well as in development solutions based on competence targets. In practice, our consultation strongly focuses on the importance of competencies. This means measuring, evaluating and developing personal competencies and competence associated with task-specific targets through coaching. We offer consultation to Finnish organizations and Finnish subsidiaries of international companies. We invest heavily in the development of our consultation methods and our own competence.
