The objective development of the management and key personnelīs competencies requires the ability to assess personal competencies in relation to the task-specific competence requirements. Efficient competence assessment requires validity form the method itself and the evaluatorīs ability to make essential interpretations. Often the assessment itself is already a significant part of the development process, which continues e.g. with coaching.
