Profos Consulting offers a job that gives true meaning to competence and development. Competence is our most important value and this involves developing customer competence as well as the continuous development of each consultant´s personal competence. We require our consultants to have the right background skills for the job. The building blocks of competence are the right attitude; a diverse understanding of business; experience in organization and staff development tasks; sufficient experience as a manager, and an applicable academic degree. All our consultants should be able to use both Finnish and English in their daily work. Previous experience as a consultant is a bonus, but we also offer the required orientation into procedures, the methods of consultation and the tools we use.
